Description
You are the air traffic controller, clearing the runways of our busy agency.  Keeping track of schedules, team assignments, and working with all the people in the process to help create great work is the focus of this role.
 
Essential Job Duties:
  • Drive multiple creative and design projects in various stages of development for successful outcomes
  • Coordinate and monitor day-to-day aspects of projects, including internal reviews
  • Maintain constant contact with Account, Production and the Creative teams to insure clarity for all aspects of on-going projects and proposals
  • Maintain positive and professional relationships with all teams
  • Serve as the key liaison with Brand Management, Creative, Production and Circulation teams
  • Ensuring all projects are implemented accurate and within agreed upon timeline: Keep all parties informed of conflicts, delays or any other unusual situations; expedite and prioritize rush projects accordingly
  • Work closely with Creative Services management to balance workloads advocate for appropriate time-lines on creative projects and evaluate and assign projects; make recommendations to Creative Management
  • Adopt and encourage an open-minded approach to new projects, considering company-wide implications as well as departmental
  • Run and manage all Traffic-related reports
  • Maintain traffic management guidelines and process documentation. Facilitate projects quality assurance (i.e. proofreading, link checking etc.)
  • Manage the creative workflow and review process including: Internal team reviews with CD, client reviews, revisions, pre-production and delivery of final deliverables to internal/external parties
  • Distribute creative production files to publications and vendors

Qualifications:
  • College Degree
  • Understanding of how a creative environment functions
  • Agency experience preferred
