Experience Designer
This position is for a seeker. While it's a general UX and interactive designer role, we need someone who always looks for more- more knowledge, more information, more things to become. Join us to grow into the designer you want to be.
Our experience designer can operate with at least 50% independence from upper XS/XD management.
Responsibilities:
Demonstrates empathy for the target audience and can speak on their behalf
Runs the majority of day-to-day wire framing and UI design specifications
Exhibits solid Information Architecture and Interactive Design foundations
Demonstrates a range of design abilities
Carefully considers design decisions and can back up their thought process
Capable of conducting general user-testing research
Possesses a general understanding of all things digital, social, and trending
Performs 90% billable project work
Spends other time learning, sharing research, UX techniques, ideas, and concepts with agency colleagues
Requirements:
2-5 years of UX experience
College degree, or a great story
