Description
The Analytics Team is responsible for driving the customer experience and relationship at every digital
interaction and touchpoint. We accomplish this by leveraging our integrated digital team and expertise as
well as our best-in- class capabilities. Ultimately, our primary role is to continuously help our clients achieve
their desired business outcomes by recommending the right digital strategies and tactics.

JOB PURPOSE
As a Junior Analyst, you will assist the Analytics Manger in leading and developing reporting and provide
analysis and recommendations on specific accounts. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, driving
clear measurements and recommendations for improving marketing efforts, implementation of tracking code
and pixels, and cross team cooperation with media, ad ops, brand, and dev teams to deliver best results.
Analysis will focus on a full spectrum of our digital channels including: website UX, mobile, paid media, social,
e-mail/CRM, PPC, SEO, and content marketing.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
  • Assisting in creation of client KPIs/goals and implementing plans for the optimization of their online marketing presence
  • Partner with the account/brand managers to enhance and support project management with data and analysis.
  • Collaborate with account/brand managers to deliver weekly/monthly/quarterly client reports and dashboards
  • Apply strategic technological and analytical methodologies and thinking to harvest insightful data that will improve the validity and effectiveness of our clients’ digital marketing campaigns from a historical, in-market and futures prospective.
  • Apply experience with analytics & attribution to tools like Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Hyperion, Excel, Omniture, etc.
  • Contribute to the definition of scope and phasing of project timelines.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 0-1 year experience in an analytic role. Agency setting preferred but not required.
  • BA/BS in related field
  • Self-starter attitude
  • Willingness to learn all aspects of marketing and the role analytics plays within them.
  • Prior exposure to platforms such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, etc. preferred but not  required.
