Connelly Partners seeks a Social Management Supervisor to work in Boston's fastest–growing integrated marketing agency. We're looking for someone who's as comfortable managing staff as they are rolling up their sleeves and digging in on behalf of our clients.

 

Our ideal candidate voraciously consumes social media across all platforms and is always looking for more. We want someone who is excited about social strategy and the numbers that inform it. This role will be responsible for directing and implementing social strategy across a multitude of clients and will lead teams in implementing that strategy and produce the reports that document your successful results. 

 

This role will manage a staff of social savants and will also benefit from mentoring from the department’s director.

 

Requirements:

 

Citizen of the universe. Someone who takes their work, but not themselves seriously. Please note, to be considered for this job, you can't just say these things about yourself. You'll have to prove them to us. This role may involve (but not be limited to) work on a major retailer and nationally known consumer and food brand.

 

Responsibilities for the Social Management Supervisor include:

 

  • Work with the Director of PR and Social Influence and other members of the social media team to create and execute social media programs and plans
  • Work with the brand team to manage day-to-day client relations
  • Supervise and manage social content curators
  • Create year-long social plans for clients and oversee (and help) implement those plans 
  • Partner with media team to develop integrated paid social plans across all platforms (Familiarity with Facebook Analytics a big + )
  • Actively participate in new business pitches
  • Provide detailed social media reporting that includes both qualitative and quantitative analysis
  • Research and provide updates to the team on best practices and evolutions in social media marketing
  • Work closely with PR team to develop integrated PR and social platforms for clients
  • Work closely with the Director of PR and Social Influence to assist in department planning both in terms of staffing and prospecting new clients.
  • Other responsibilities will be added based on competencies and success
