Connelly Partners, an integrated Advertising Agency in Boston’s South End is seeking an independent minded Senior Corporate Recruiter.  Our recruiter will operate as the principal point of contact for all candidates, and is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and negotiations with candidates.

JOB PURPOSE

Our agency has experienced recent record growth, and the Senior Corporate Recruiter is the driver of our staff augmentation across the agency.  With an eye towards cultivating an agency that is “Defiantly Human”, our recruiter will lead all hiring efforts, providing concierge level service for hiring managers.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

• Manage the entire life cycle recruiting process from candidate generation through direct sourcing, interviewing and hiring
• Partner with hiring managers to ensure we are hiring high quality candidates that will succeed
• Report on hiring metrics and EEOC requirements
• Participate in external events including meetups, trade associations, and job fairs
• Creatively engage candidates on social media
• Ability to think outside the box to drive innovative recruiting process

REQUIREMENTS

• The ideal candidate will have a solid background and knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including: sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends
• Recent advertising agency experience required
• The ability to maintain and grow your network of active and passive candidates  
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in a recruiting role
• You have hired programmers/developers in the greater Boston area.
