JOB PURPOSE

The Brand Supervisor has ownership of projects and ensures the success of implemented marketing solutions and communication plans. The Brand Supervisor is a business partner, leader and resource. The position starts July 10, 2017 and is intended to provide coverage for a Brand Supervisor on leave. Your ability to jump into already existing and thriving accounts and teams will be your biggest asset to our company!

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

  • Develop a deep business understanding of your client and category so that you are viewed as a resource internally in this area
  • Lead the account through cross-functional agency areas (Planning, Creative, Media, Digital, PR, Social, etc.)
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationship with Client counterparts at multiple levels
  • Be a strong leader and partner with client (and agency team) to identify opportunities, implement solutions, and measure results
  • Demonstrate a clear, persuasive writing and presentation style
  • Oversee the development and accuracy of project timelines and budgets
  • Monitor scope of work and manage the profitability of projects and account accordingly with Account Director
  • Reviews all work and output to ensure work meets brand and project objectives/strategies and agency quality standards.
  • Educate, mentor and actively manage junior team members
  • Oversee writing of case studies and lead project completion reviews (post-mortems)

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications include: (Required, Preferred)

  • 5-7 years of prior marketing or advertising agency experience required
  • Must be collaborative and organized with clear and concise communication style
  • College degree required
  • Proficiency in Excel, Keynote/Powerpoint or Google Slides and experience with agency financial systems are required
  • Strong project management and organizational skills required
