Connelly Partners, an integrated Advertising Agency in Boston’s South End is seeking an independent-minded Corporate Recruiter.  Our recruiter will operate as the principal point of contact for all candidates, and is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and negotiations with candidates.

Job Purpose:

Our agency has experienced recent record growth, and the Corporate Recruiter is the driver of our staff augmentation across the agency.  With an eye towards cultivating an agency that is “Defiantly Human”, our recruiter will lead all hiring efforts, providing concierge level service for hiring managers.

Essential Job Duties:

• Manage the entire life cycle recruiting process from candidate generation through direct sourcing, resume screening, interviewing and hiring
• Partner with hiring managers and the Director of People & Culture to ensure we are hiring high quality candidates that will succeed
• Report on hiring metrics and EEOC requirements
• Participate in external events including meetups, trade associations, college recruiting initiatives and job fairs, solo and with the Director of People & Culture
• Creatively engage candidates on social media
• Ability to think outside the box to drive an innovative recruiting process

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will have a solid background and knowledge in all full-lifecycle recruiting components, including: sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends
• The ability to maintain and grow your network of active and passive candidates  
• Knowledge of ApplicantStack, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting technology tools
• A history of recruiting experience within an advertising agency

Qualifications:

• College Degree
• Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in a recruiting role
• Mix of recruiting agency and corporate recruiting preferred
• Sense of humor and ability to switch gears quickly
