About the Position
We need a resourceful, professional and motivated account executive who will be responsible for supporting multiple integrated accounts in the insurance, automotive and transportation categories with a focus on social and digital. You’ll do well at CP if you are self-driven, ambitious, strive to go above and beyond expectations and are above all, a team player with empathy. Currently we are all working from home, but we are looking forward to getting back to the office in Ringsend, Dublin 4. While we cannot predict exactly when we'll be back in the office, we will institute a work from home policy. The details of that policy are currently in the works, but what is most important to us as an employer is striking the right balance of the "new normal” and ensuring flexible work/life balance for our employees with the in-office collaboration we've previously seen drive much success.

Key Responsibilities
As Account Executive, you have a pivotal role in supporting a number of accounts across day to day efforts to coordinate the internal working of these accounts. In this role, you should be listening, learning, questioning and getting a sense of what our industry, company and the brands we work with are all about. You are the detail person that catches any issues that could cause delays or problems for the account team and your clients.

  • Manage the day to day admin of key accounts.
  • You are the key point of contact on your accounts for studio and the finance department.
  • Daily participation in all elements of account management, from participation in ideation sessions to preparing the presentation to clients with campaign results. 
  • Supporting the team in project managing campaigns, creating timelines and ensuring they are adhered to. 
  • Preparing decks for client presentations and new business pitches.
  • Setting up job numbers for all new jobs and briefing jobs into studio through our online project management system
  • Managing the production of monthly invoicing for clients, adhering to agency’s financial policies (timesheets, expense reports, estimates, purchase orders, proformas, invoice submissions to clients etc.) with accuracy and attention to detail. 
  • Creating newsletters on Mailchimp and working with New Business on content for our social channels.
  • Key member of the social media team for CP Dublin, liaising with the team in Boston on creating the content calendar. 

Skills, Traits & Competencies

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • 2+ years experience working for an agency or similar organisation.
  • Solid time management skills.
  • Passionate about technology, social and digital.
  • Drive to learn and ability to pick things up quickly, a motivated self starter.
  • Ability to take direction from others, but not afraid to speak up for themselves or their clients.
  • Ability to take on a project and see it through to completion.
  • A natural communicator, comfortable in your ability to communicate with your team, your managers and your clients.
  • Ability to listen and learn quickly w/a passion for marketing/advertising.
