ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - DUBLIN OFFICE

Connelly Partners (CP) is a U.S. based agency which has recently moved into the Dublin market. It’s an exciting time to join a hardworking, entrepreneurial team. You would be part of growing the agency, our culture and impacting how we do what we do. We are growing and we need a resourceful, poised account person who would be responsible for managing multiple accounts with digital, email, social and website content in the Travel and Retail categories. You’ll do well at CP if you are self-driven, strive to go above and beyond expectations, able to work on several clients at once and still deliver fantastic results and above all, a team player.

REQUIREMENT: 

Resident of Ireland or EU able to work in Dublin without need of a Work Permit/Visa
 

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

• Be a partner and driver of your client’s business. Develop strong relationships with your clients.
• Proactively bring your supervisor ideas, opportunities and solutions for your client’s business problems
• Working with the Head of Planning/Accounts to develop plans to solve clients marketing and business needs
• With guidance from your Supervisor, you will develop proposals as well as the scope and manage client budgets and internal campaign costs, eventually taking full ownership of this process.
• Work closely with your creative team and manage the creative process from brief to deployment in short timeframes for email and social media marketing as well as website content.
• Lead weekly client status meetings and generate status reports
• Reconciliation of budgets and billing

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2-5 years experience working for a social or digital agency or brand management client side with focus on social
• Degree in marketing/digital marketing
• Excellent client service skills including presentation and proposal development
• Experience using Wordpress, Newsweaver, AdWords, Basecamp, Asana, SmartSheets, Google suite and Slack will be beneficial
• Inherent desire to over-deliver on projects, ensuring we do brilliant work - on time and on budget
• A desire to make a real impact on your client and the agency business.
• Self-directed personality will thrive here.
• Comfort in the scoping, management and production of integrated marketing campaigns.
• You will become the lead on your businesses guiding the client and agency to success.
