CREATIVE DEPARTMENT MISSION

We are the ideators first, content creators second. We concept, curate and shepherd ideas for our clients through all media channels. We lead discussions around ideas, we welcome them from anyone and everyone, and we craft executions to differentiate our clients from their competition. All that we do links to empathy and the demonstration of shared values between client and brand.

JOB PURPOSE

As a Copywriter you are here to write, to think, to concept and then write again.  You are here to partner with other members of the department to create compelling ideas, stories, meaningful connections and relevant and innovative work.


REQUIREMENT: 

Must be a resident of Ireland or EU able to work in Dublin without the need of a Work Permit/Visa

Must include your book or link to book

 

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

As a Copywriter you are the foundation of the creative department. Your primary responsibility is ensuring the creative vision and brand voice is implemented across a variety of channels.

  • Assisting in the development of ideas that stem from empathetic insights derived by our planning department and executing them in ways that are breakthrough and unique. You will present your work in a compelling way both internally and giving a proper rationale for client presentation.
  • You may be asked to write strategic platforms of which your idea stems from as well as headlines and body copy.
  • Collaborate with art directors, social content experts, producers and other members of the agency to frame your ideas.
  • Work across a variety of platforms for all of our Dublin clients – OOH, social, email, radio and video
  • You will also work with the team in Boston on specific assignments as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 3 years copywriting experience at an agency or similar in-house environment
  • Facility with all media (print, social, online, radio, TV/Video)
  • A conceptual thinker who is able to think both in terms of words and visuals and how they work together to solve real marketing problems
  • Ability to write not just pithy headlines and social media posts, but long form as well
  • Ability to ignite your own passion for creating ideas and help others to make their ideas better
  • Portfolios and references are a must.
