Connelly Partners seeks a Social Influence Assistant Manager to work in Boston's fastest–growing integrated marketing agency. We're looking for someone who's a self-starter AND a team player. This person has to be an excellent, enthusiastic and proficient writer. Loves words, images, and REALLY loves to make them work in harmony. Voracious appetite for consuming the latest and greatest social media platforms. Perhaps you are a social media influencer yourself, with a following and a desire to develop the business of social influence. You can become the voice for the client. Responsibilities:

  • Social community management: You know how to run a social community and are comfortable switching voices for different clients
  • Create engaging social content across multiple platforms for a variety of clients on a daily basis
  • Provide detailed social media reporting with strong attention to detail
  • Attend client meetings and calls to gain understanding of process
  • Research social media news, platform developments and trending content ideas
  • Work closely with PR team to develop integrated influencer plans that enhance clients’ social plans; may include pitching influencers directly
  • Deep understanding of the various social platforms, the strengths and weakness of each, and the specific opportunities they create
  • Mentor interns


 

Requirements:

- 1-2 years social engagement experience; relevant internships will be considered

- Excellent writing skills
- Active personal social channels
- Aggressive, go-getter attitude
- Keen eye for detail
- College degree with a major in English, Writing, Communications or something with a good story behind it
