Description

Job Purpose: The Performance Media Specialist is a client-facing role that works to plan, manage, and optimize Paid Social and Paid Search performance-focused campaigns. This position will sit within our Dublin office, but ladder up to the larger integrated team that sits in Boston, MA USA. This position is integral to the day-to-day management of campaigns including hands-on-keyboard management, performance analysis, and optimizations. The ideal candidate has strong in-platform skills across Paid Search and Paid Social platforms, and has excellent communication skills and can work independently on a client-account.
 

Responsibilities

  • Develop Paid Social and Paid Search recommendations for clients, including platform rationale, audience targeting , budget recommendations, and flighting
  • Build all campaigns in-platform based on approved media recommendation
    • Includes ad group, keyword, sitelink, and ad copy development for Paid Search
    • Includes Paid Social copy development for Paid Social ads
  • Daily management of campaign including managing campaign and daily budgets and in-platform optimizations required to deliver against business objectives/KPI
  • Monitoring, tracking and evaluating campaign performance based on client KPIs and baselines
  • Develop performance insights to share in client reporting calls based on platform performance, conversion data, and on-site performance.
  • Present campaign findings and opportunities to clients
  • Actively seek out new ad products and technology advancements and be able to translate new updates and changes to client business goals and programs
  • Interface with clients directly to provide clarity and details around Paid Search and Paid Social programs and performance
  • Work directly with in-house analytics team on performance analysis and insights
  • Partner with integrated planning strategy team for recommendations, performance insights and optimizations that represent the role paid search and paid social have in the larger media strategy
 

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of paid search/paid social experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of paid social & paid search and related self-serve platforms, including Google (inclusive of PPC, Performance Max, and YouTube) and FB/IG, LinkedIn, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest
  • Google Ad Words certification
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Independent time-management and project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to distill ideas and analysis to a non-technical or non-mathematical audience
  • Demonstrable ability to take ownership and accountability, and act on client goals and objectives in a technical environment
  • Flexible, team-oriented collaborator
  • Prior agency experience a plus
