Leading a department of 8 in implementing successful PR and/or social campaigns for a variety of consumer and B2B brands and leveraging those successes to help cultivate new clients and grow department revenue. Strong client relations and presentation skills is a must.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
  • Understand the client's business and marketing objectives, as well as a competitive environment like you, work for the client
  • Work with client to develop annual marketing goals, marketing plan, and execution
  • Champion new, innovative solutions for the benefit of agency and client
  • Aggressively pursues new ways to contribute to overall agency and client profitability.
  • Accountable for maintaining client satisfaction and management of expectations while ensuring that the work is empathic and successful based on pre-determined KPI’s.
  • Helps to facilitate hiring, managing, developing, and promoting team member
  • Helps to develop the annual scope of work, staffing plans and monthly forecasts based on the scope
  • Responsible for the overall profitability of the account and your team
  • Help and contribute to making Connelly Partners the best company we can be
 
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 12 - 15 years of experience specifically within PR and Social Media/Social Influence on behalf of consumer and B2B brands.
  • Proficiency with various PR and social insight analytics tools including Facebook and Instagram Insights, social listening and analytics platforms is preferred.
  • Great manager, mentor and motivator of people
  • Creative and strategic thinker.
  • Strong presenter/speaker. 
  • Revenue grower.
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary/multi-media clients
  • Team builder
  • Strong problem-solving skills and detail oriented
  • Minimum of a Bachelors degree, MBA or equivalent business experience preferred
